Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to the address provided with your RA number.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
